Welcome to the web site for Memorial Lutheran Church and School. We are happy that you have found us and hope that you find what you are looking for! Spend some time here, and please do not hesitate to contact or visit us if you have any questions or would like to learn more. It is our prayer that you know how blessed you are, because in Jesus Christ we all have free and full forgiveness through faith. We look forward to sharing God's Word of His saving grace with you.

Dedicated Christian parents and members of our congregation worked hard to start our Lutheran elementary school in 1976. Since then we have continued to teach God's truths to His precious lambs. Our school has a wonderful family atmosphere, and many parents and church members volunteer their time to help at school in many ways.

Our graduates do very well in high school and beyond. It is the prayer of our faculty and members that the students will always remember the Word of God that they learn here, and that they will always apply that to their lives.

Our yearly school calendar will be posted when we can confirm the dates.

ENROLL NOW - We train children for life and for eternity! Our school is for preschool-fifth grade. You can call us any time (517-655-1402 or 517-655-2294) to ask about enrolling or to set up a tour.

Parents, please check your email often to see if there are any changes or updates from the teachers. You can always call them if you have any questions.

Sunday School resources    In response to most congregations having to suspend gathering face-to-face for the time being, our WELS Northwestern Publishing House is making available ChristLight Sunday School lessons for six weeks to be downloaded free of charge. We urge you to use these excellent materials at home with your children or grandchildren. Here’s the link to the download:

Here are two links with information for you to consider as you structure time at home with your children and for their instruction. One is from our church body's Commission on Lutheran Schools. The other is from the Ingham County Intermediate School District.
